Senior Instructor - Technical Training

Deliver trainings effectively and flexibly, ensuring high quality in both process skills and process documentation, including supplementary trainings such as WAS and product liability. Monitor and maintain trainees' qualification status and training records in the Direct Competence System accurately. Support departmental and stakeholder projects, including new product launches and problem-solving initiatives. Continuously improve training effectiveness, quality, methodologies, and overall performance by developing and updating training materials, lesson plans, and question banks. Train, assess, and qualify new instructors and Buddies in accordance with company standards while analyzing training requests to develop aligned plans. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical field with at least two years of technical training experience.
