Senior Instructor / Site Lead – Paramedic or EMT

Job Summary

Deliver TC3 training across all tiers, including 68W Combat Medic sustainment and CLS instruction, in classroom, laboratory, and field environments while maintaining strict instructor-to-student ratios. Operate high-fidelity simulation systems, apply moulage techniques, and assess students' critical thinking and psychomotor skills under realistic conditions. Serve as the primary site-level point of contact for military leaders, Government representatives, and contractors to coordinate training execution, manage resources, and ensure compliance with contractual performance standards. Mentor Instructor/Operators, observe performance, and resolve routine administrative or instructional issues at the site. Operate and perform preventive maintenance on patient simulators and manage inventory of consumables. Full-time role Monday through Friday with potential overtime during surge operations; specific site assignment determined at hire.

Required Qualifications

  • Must meet ONE of the following: Former 68W or 18D Noncommissioned Officer (NCO), Advanced Leader Course (ALC) Graduate
  • Former Navy Enlisted Classification (NEC) 8404 or Navy Independent Duty Corpsman, E-6 or above
  • Former Air Force 4NOX1 or Aerospace Medical Service (4NOX1), E-6 or above
  • Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN), Physician Assistant (PA), or Physician (MD/DO)
  • Current Emergency Medical Technician with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience within the medical scope of practice and demonstrated supervisory, leadership, mentoring, or site-level coordination experience
  • Current Paramedic with a minimum of three (3) years of experience within the medical scope of practice and proof of supervisory, leadership, mentoring, or site-level coordination experience
  • Current Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician or Nationally Registered Paramedic, as applicable to position assignment
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Advanced Life Support (ALS), if required by assigned instructional duties

Desired Qualifications

  • Prior experience in MSTC operations, high-fidelity medical simulation, TC3 instruction, 68W sustainment training, moulage, equipment maintenance, training documentation, instructor development, and coordination with senior military or executive leaders is strongly preferred
