Job Summary
Senior Instructor to develop, deliver, and maintain innovative learning solutions for US Government courses. Responsible for planning, creating, and updating instructional material; coordinating with customers to schedule and prep senior-level guest speakers; delivering in-person and virtual learning programs; employing hands-on labs and workshops; applying instructional technologies; and conducting assessments and providing feedback. Must possess a TS/SCI with poly, have a Bachelor's or Master's degree with extensive instructional-design experience, and demonstrate success teaching varied audiences in both physical and virtual environments. Knowledge of AI trends and ability to independently research and apply new AI tools is desired. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and instructional-technology tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) is expected; experience in the Intelligence Community and familiarity with ADA 508 and copyright regulations are required. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate across teams is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and at least 12 years of relevant experience or a Master's Degree and 10 years of relevant experience
- At least 5 years of proven track record in instructional design and facilitation experience
- Minimum of 10 years working for the Intelligence Community
- Demonstrated experience teaching audiences of various sizes and levels of seniority both in-person and virtually
- Knowledge of current learning and development models, research, and theories to address learning problems and solutions
- Familiarity with copyright regulations and ADA 508 compliance
- Willingness to cross-train and collaborate with across team functions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher)
- Experience with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and TechSmith Camtasia and other instructional tools
