Job Summary
Lead instructor-led and virtual learning content development for software implementation projects, collaborating with government agencies and subject matter experts to build innovative training programs. Drive performance by planning, developing, managing, and evaluating in-person, online, and hybrid software training initiatives using modalities such as webinars, web-based training, and user guides. Apply the ADDIE process and adult learning theory to design engaging experiences while ensuring all products meet Section 508 compliance standards. Requires U.S. citizenship, a Bachelor's degree, and five years of related experience. This role supports multiple contracts within GDIT, a global technology firm delivering solutions to the U.S. government, defense, and intelligence community.
Required Qualifications
- NACI (T1) clearance
- 5 + years of related experience
- US citizenship
- Must successfully achieve a full CBP Tier 4 background investigation prior to beginning work
- Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
- Excellent understanding and application of all phases of the ADDIE process
- Knowledge and application of adult learning theory
- Working knowledge of Section 508 compliance
- Ability to convert training and supporting documentation into 508 compliant products
- Less than 10% travel
