Job Summary

Lead and support development of instructor-led and virtual learning content for complex government, defense, and intelligence projects. Collaborate with agencies, subject matter experts, and instructional designers to build innovative training programs and content. Drive performance by planning, developing, managing, and evaluating in-person, online, and hybrid software training programs using modalities such as webinars, web-based training, user guides, and online help systems. Apply the full ADDIE process and adult learning theory to create engaging experiences that fuel critical mission outcomes. Requires U.S. citizenship, a Bachelor's degree, and 5+ years of related experience. Full CBP Tier 4 background investigation required prior to employment.

Required Qualifications

  • NACI (T1) clearance
  • 5 + years of related experience
  • US citizenship
  • Must successfully achieve a full CBP Tier 4 background investigation prior to beginning work
  • Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
  • Excellent understanding and application of all phases of the ADDIE process
  • Knowledge and application of adult learning theory
  • Working knowledge of Section 508 compliance
  • Ability to convert training and supporting documentation into 508 compliant products
  • Less than 10% travel
