Job Summary
Design complex learning solutions from brief to QA, owning the full design cycle for Fortune 500 clients. Write objectives, storyboard in Storyline or Rise, and push back on SME feedback when it doesn't serve the learner. Run QA checks for accuracy, accessibility, and design integrity while using AI tools to accelerate drafting and generate scenario variations. Sit in on needs analysis conversations to recognize drivers behind the brief. This fully onsite role in Noida requires 4-7 years of experience and is a deliberate stepping stone toward the Learning Experience Architect path.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, or a related field
- 4-7 years in instructional design and learning development
- Solid command of ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, and adult learning principles, applied independently
- Proven ability to build functional eLearning modules in Articulate Storyline or Rise, including branching and SCORM compliance
- A working eye for visual design: color theory, typography, layout, and WCAG accessibility standards
- Comfort applying AI-assisted workflows across the design and development lifecycle
- Strong written and verbal communication
