Job Summary
Senior Instructional Designer to craft blended learning programs for adult professionals, leveraging evidence-based instructional design and AI-powered tools. You will collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to design engaging learning experiences across formats (eLearning, self-paced modules, virtual sessions, on-the-job activities), ensure accessibility and instructional consistency, and prototype/customize GPTs and AI solutions to support learning. The role emphasizes blending digital and human interaction, leveraging AI to enhance learning, and delivering practical, growth-driven education with a global impact.
Required Qualifications
- Background in instructional design and AI implementation
- Understanding of capabilities and limitations of large language models (LLMs) such as GPT-4
- Ability to prototype and configure custom GPTs and similar AI tools for learning solutions
- Experience designing blended learning programs (eLearning, self-paced modules, virtual training, on-the-job activities)
- Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders
- Strong attention to instructional consistency, accessibility, and relevance across delivery modes
- Track record of managing timelines, resources, and communication workflows in learning projects
