Job Summary
Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and stakeholders to design and deliver effective blended learning programs that align with business goals. Apply principles of andragogy and evidence-based instructional design to create engaging, learner-centric experiences for adult professionals. Design and curate blended learning solutions using a mix of formats, including eLearning, self-paced modules, and virtual training sessions. Ensure instructional consistency, accessibility, and relevance across delivery modes while leveraging generative AI tools to support learning initiatives. Manage project timelines, resources, and communication workflows to ensure the timely execution of learning initiatives. Partner with SMEs to craft innovative e-learning experiences that combine digital and human interaction for global clients.
Required Qualifications
- Has a background in instructional design and AI implementation
- Understands the capabilities and limitations of LLMs (like GPT-4)
- Can prototype and configure custom GPTs and similar AI tools for learning solutions
- Is detail-oriented, innovative, and comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative environment
- Loves solving problems creatively and making learning experiences smarter and more engaging
