Job Summary
Manage retail Fresh Instock team supply chain operations, executing end-to-end demand forecasting, inventory management, and order placement to ensure stable replenishment for Rocket Fresh categories. Analyze supply chain data to diagnose stockout and replenishment root causes, implementing process automation and CPFR with key partners to optimize logistics center receiving efficiency. Develop medium-to-long-term procurement strategies for specific categories while addressing immediate stockout issues and managing low-rotation or non-revenue products. Lead data-driven initiatives to improve inventory efficiency and operational structures within the rapidly evolving e-commerce environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 8+ years of experience in inventory, ordering, or supply chain management (SCM)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to prioritize and drive tasks in complex, rapidly changing environments
- Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders and adapting to dynamic environments
- Experience resolving complex issues with high ownership
- Experience improving inventory or SCM performance through data-driven decision-making
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Fresh/Food category inventory and ordering (In-stock)
- Experience in e-commerce or large-scale retail direct purchasing
- Understanding or practical experience with import distribution and customs processes
- Experience with supply chain-related projects or process improvement
- Ability to use data analysis tools such as SQL
- Business-level English communication skills
