Job Summary
Coordinate multiple installation superintendents on large, complex electronic security projects, acting as the single point of onsite contact for clients and project managers. Review Bill of Materials, drawings, and matrices to interpret system designs, track subcontractor and internal crew hours, and maintain strict adherence to job schedules and DIV28 quality specifications. Delegate tasks to technicians and lead technicians while managing inventory, documenting milestones and issues in OneNote, and communicating equipment shortages or labor problems to regional supervisors. Operate independently on job sites, making onsite decisions regarding safety, hazards, and technical troubleshooting for access control, CCTV, and intercom systems while managing frequent local and remote travel.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of related experience
- Admin capabilities to keep up with day-to-day requirements of every project
