Job Summary
Senior Inspector of Works to ensure approved materials are used, and correct methods and workmanship are adopted by the Contractor; verify works conform to Construction Drawings with correct dimensions, levels, and locations; witness material testing and inspections per RFIs; prepare a written points list in concurrence with the Assistant Resident Engineer; re-inspect after rectifications and perform additional duties as assigned by the Assistant Resident Engineer.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 20 years (s) proven working experience in construction site supervision, ideally in road and bridge projects.
- Certified Inspector of Works (registered under the Board of Engineers Malaysia).
- Solid understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and quality assurance processes.
- Knowledge of Malaysian construction regulations and safety standards.
- Have experience in HSE and Traffic Management
