Perform high-quality residential home inspections and market inspection services to agents and the general public. Utilize mobile scheduling platform and reporting software for on-site inspections, delivering same-day reports. Participate in marketing activities, including team meetings and collaborations with the marketing team. Cultivate a culture of excellence while demonstrating technical and behavioral competencies necessary to complete job responsibilities effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed in the state performing inspections
- Must have license to perform home inspections, termite inspections and radon inspections
- Valid driver's license
- Previous experience performing home inspections
