Job Summary
Senior Insolvency Administrator responsible for managing own caseload across Administrations, Members Voluntary Liquidations, Creditors Voluntary Liquidations, Compulsory Liquidations, Company Voluntary Arrangements, Bankruptcies, and IVAs; supports managers/partners with placements into administration or insolvent liquidation; drafts administration proposals and solvency declarations; interviews directors; conducts investigations; prepares conduct reports; communicates with creditors and debtors; prepares annual and final reports and handles distributions where appropriate; ensures compliance with relevant legislation and best practices; requires strong organisation, client service ethos, excellent communication, team work, initiative, confidence, and enthusiasm; experience with MS Office and insolvency software packages is useful.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum education to A Level standard
- Minimum of three years’ experience of insolvency procedures and administration sufficient to manage their own caseload
- Good understanding of technical and legislative aspects of insolvency
- Strong client service ethic
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to understand and meet client expectations
