Job Summary
Conduct corporate and personal insolvency appointments including liquidations, receiverships, and bankruptcies. Prepare financial analysis, investigative reports, and statutory documentation while monitoring compliance and meeting strict deadlines. Support asset realisation, liaise with banks and external professionals, and conduct director and bankrupt interviews. Review junior team output and provide technical guidance on complex matters under the mentorship of senior practitioners. This hands-on role offers exposure to high-profile cases within a fast-growing national firm backed by 100+ professionals across Australia and APAC.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years' insolvency or restructuring experience
- Accounting/Business degree (or equivalent)
- CA/CPA/ARITA study commenced or planned
- Strong understanding of insolvency processes and legislation
- Excellent analytical and report writing skills
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management ability
- Able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and professional integrity
- Permanent residents or citizens of Australia or NZ
