Job Summary
Collect, clean, validate, and maintain launch-related data from multiple databases and tracking lists while building optimized SQL queries to monitor new user flows and operational performance. Create automated dashboards and deep-dive analyses using Tableau, Databricks, and Excel to convert complex data into actionable intelligence. Analyze post-launch issues, performance gaps, and bottlenecks to identify root causes, then partner with operations, customer support, and product stakeholders to improve reporting workflows and enablement strategies for new product rollouts. Drive continuous improvement in data integrity and monitoring frameworks to safeguard operational stability. Requires strong SQL, Tableau, and Databricks skills with at least three years of experience in data handling and business report creation.
Required Qualifications
- Strong SQL skills, including writing, debugging, and optimizing complex queries
- Experience with Tableau, Databricks, and business intelligence/reporting tools
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, crosstabs, formulas, and data validation
- At least 3 years of experience in data handling, SQL, Excel, and business report creation
- Background in data mining, analysis, investigation, product triage, or post-launch tracking
