Job Summary
Senior Insights Analyst within RFI Global Council Insights team, focused on serving financial services clients in Australia and New Zealand. Develop expertise in analyzing primary voice-of-customer data, secondary macro data, and client priorities; produce actionable outputs to support client decision-making; support client presentations; act as the insights subject matter expert; create client-ready insights-led PowerPoint deliverables; use AI tools; analyze secondary data to triangulate primary research; collaborate across functions and offices in London, Singapore, Sydney, and Melbourne; 2+ years in market research or similar, a degree in any discipline, strong Excel or SPSS skills, excellent written communication; visa sponsorship not offered; flexible working arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years’ experience in a market research agency, consultancy, or similar environment
- A degree in any discipline
- Client-focused, with confidence presenting deliverables to clients and internal stakeholders
- Experience conducting analysis using Microsoft Excel or statistical analysis software such as SPSS or similar
- Banking or financial services experience is highly valued, but not essential
- Curious mindset demonstrated through insightful questioning and proactive thinking
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, foster a positive team environment, and drive collective results
- Interest in developing and delivering client presentations; training and development provided
