Job Summary
Proactively analyze player behavior to identify trends and opportunities for business growth, then provide clear recommendations based on structured insights. Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support initiatives, product launches, and marketing campaigns while monitoring critical KPIs to track success and identify improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and BI/data groups to ensure relevant dashboards drive strategy, creating new ways to measure value. Stay informed on industry trends to enhance analytics capabilities and communicate complex findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Qualifications
- Previous iGaming/online casino experience
- Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis
- Strong business acumen with a solid grasp of online casino economics
- Experience working with large datasets and performing exhaustive data analysis
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive problem-solving skills, with the capability to anticipate and mitigate potential issues
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings
Desired Qualifications
- Proficient with Excel with Tableau experience also preferable
