Job Summary
Lead analysis of market, consumer, and shopper data to drive strategic business decisions. Design, execute, and synthesize research across areas such as competitor intelligence, category dynamics, and consumer preferences to deliver actionable insights for assigned brands or categories. Leverage syndicated data sources (Nielsen, Kantar, Numerator, Circana) for ongoing market tracking, market sizing, forecasting, and trend analysis. Support or lead market research studies, manage external agencies and vendors, and develop reports, dashboards, and scorecards to effectively communicate findings and influence decision-making. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and strategy teams to validate plans and contribute to knowledge-sharing and insights communities.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of market research experience or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
- Experience with syndicated data tools (Nielsen, Circana, Numerator, Kantar)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and storytelling with data
