Job Summary

Inside Solution Sales Specialist builds relationships with Commercial Accounts, drives opportunities over the telephone, and maps ServiceNow Moveworks solutions to client plans to achieve quotas. Org resources (Solution Consultants, Customer Service, Marketing) are organized to support the sales cycle while leveraging CRM and data sources for forecasting and territory planning; occasional travel for training or meetings may be required. The role focuses on integrating AI into work processes, understanding client plans, nurturing accounts, and guiding additional revenue streams.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in sales with 3+ years success generating new business sales of enterprise-class solutions
  • experience with sales process for short but complex sales cycles
  • advanced knowledge of sales force automation, ERP or IT infrastructure management technologies
