Senior Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary
Manage existing customer accounts to increase sales and drive up-selling orders while maintaining high profitability and penetration targets. Qualify opportunities from marketing and outside sales teams, develop strong business relationships, and report industry trends and competitive feedback to leadership. Market value-added services and solve complex problems using proactive selling techniques to expand the book of accounts. Lead other Inside Sales Representatives on processes and systems as needed. This on-site role at the Phillips 66 plant in Roxana, IL requires 4-5 years of sales experience and includes a commission structure tied to individual performance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree
- in-depth knowledge and experience in Sales and Sales Administration
- 4-5 years
