Job Summary

Senior Inside Sales Representative responsible for handling complex inside sales functions with limited supervision, applying specialized knowledge of electrical products and customer accounts, and supporting revenue generation and customer satisfaction. Builds lasting customer relationships, coordinates activities across high-value accounts, ensures timely responses, accurate quoting, and alignment with sales strategies, and coaches junior team members on internal tools, sales workflows, and customer service practices. Uses CRM for pipeline management, performs product research and configuration, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to influence pricing strategies, propose solutions, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Requires 5-7 years of experience and a High School Diploma with preferred Associate’s Degree, in a standard office setting with no travel as indicated.

Required Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of inside sales experience
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales processes
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate with distributors, field sales, and internal teams
  • Ability to generate accurate quotes, handle pricing requests, and manage contract updates
