Senior Inside Sales Representative

Senior Inside Sales Representative responsible for proactive inside telephone or email sales and marketing to expand profitable sales. Duties include processing quotes and orders, maintaining customer relationships, expanding product knowledge, prospecting for new accounts within a defined territory, handling product quotations/proposals, and supporting outside sales. Requires delivering excellent customer service, negotiating terms, leveraging ERP/CRM tools, and coordinating with internal teams to drive growth and meet objectives. Emphasis on quoting prices, delivery specifications, payment terms, and offering substitutes to increase sales; strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities; and ability to work with a team and handle overtime as needed.
