Job Summary

Senior Inside Sales Representative for electrical products focused on existing accounts. Responsible for meeting/exceeding volume budgets and profitability, developing strong relationships within assigned accounts, and identifying opportunities for upselling and expansion. Owns a book of larger, more complex accounts, collaborates with outside sales to meet goals, mentors junior team members, stays current on product offerings and competitive intelligence, and communicates market feedback to management. Role includes commission opportunity tied to individual sales performance and travel up to 25% to support customer engagement and territory coverage.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 4-5 years of Sales and Sales Administration experience
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a team environment and mentor/coach team members
  • Ability to prospect and market concepts to existing and potential new accounts
  • Ability to take action in solving problems while exhibiting judgment and realistic understanding of issues
  • Ability to solve difficult and sometimes moderately complex problems; uses existing solutions to identify key barriers/core problems and apply problem-solving skills
  • Works independently with minimal supervision
  • Preferred sales experience in electrical or distribution environment
  • Ability to travel 0% - 25%
