Job Summary
Senior Inside Account Representative responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of accounts, building strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, delivering solutions that meet client needs, coordinating with internal teams, forecasting and tracking sales metrics, and preparing reports on account status. Requires establishing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, driving growth within the territory, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions to meet customer objectives.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Associate degree or two (2) years’ work experience in a specific area/field
- Two (2) years of experience managing large account portfolios
- Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Knowledge of ERP systems, SAP preferred
- Experience in the aerospace, military, and defense industry, or cable assembly business preferred
- Bilingual preferred

- US Person required due to ITAR/EAR and compliance requirements
