Job Summary
Senior Innovation Associate at Movement Labs leading implementation and research for persuasion and mobilization programs to net Democratic votes. Responsibilities include project management of experiments and timelines, collaborating with Program and Data teams, sourcing creative content and messengers for mobilization campaigns, serving as liaison with external contractors, researching and proposing approaches based on experimental results, scoping target universes and tracking legislation, drafting presentations of experimental learnings, and synthesizing insights across teams. Requires 2-5 years of PM experience in electoral politics or non-profits, comfort with voter data tools, strong multi-project management, problem-solving, data-driven workflow proficiency, experience managing contractors, and proficiency with Asana and Google Suite; must be legally eligible to work in the United States and aligned with Movement Labs' mission.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years/cycles in project management in electoral politics, progressive organizations, or non-profits
- Comfortable working with voter data & voter file tools
- Exceptional project management skills with ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
- Comfortable with data, spreadsheets, and data-driven workflows
- Experience managing multiple contractors or vendors
- Comfortable with project management tools and planning (Asana, Google Suite)
- Alignment with Movement Labs' mission and a desire to help build progressive power
