Develop and execute procurement strategies for complex infrastructure projects, including the Noordtunnel, Beneluxtunnel, and Tweede Heinenoordtunnel. Manage tender processes and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors while identifying and mitigating commercial, contractual, and operational risks. Advise project teams on procurement issues and coordinate the full procurement lifecycle from request to contracting. Build and maintain sustainable relationships with market parties to ensure quality, risk management, and long-term value. Collaborate with project management and technical specialists to connect the right suppliers and contractors. Contribute to the professionalization of the procurement function within Infra Technologies.
