Job Summary
Conduct structural design for demanding bridge and civil engineering projects, developing robust, economical, and sustainable solutions from concept through executable planning in performance phases 3 to 5. Prepare static calculations, verifications, and technical concepts while ensuring compliance with governing laws, standards, and regulations such as Eurocodes and ZTV-ING. Serve as technical contact for complex inquiries, collaborating closely with object planning, geotechnics, and traffic infrastructure teams. Contribute to planning fee calculations, tenders, and technical solution concepts. Depending on interest, participate in competitions, explore digital planning methods, or mentor junior colleagues within the international Bridges department.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen
- mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Tragwerksplanung von Brücken- oder Ingenieurbauwerken
- Erfahrung in der Entwurfs- und Ausführungsplanung
- Kenntnisse der Anforderungen prüffähiger Planungsunterlagen
- fundierte Kenntnisse in statischen Berechnungen und Nachweisen für Massivbau-, Spannbeton-, Stahl- oder Stahlverbundkonstruktionen
- Vertrautheit mit relevanten Regelwerken und Standards wie Eurocodes, ZTV-ING, RE-ING, BEM-ING, RAB-ING oder RIL
- Erfahrung mit Berechnungssoftware wie SOFiSTiK - alternativ Dlubal, InfoGraph
