Job Summary
Lead EPA’s statewide motor vehicle and litter infringement program, coordinating with Victoria Police and co-regulators to organise roadside operations while contributing to infringement management policies and procedures. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, investigations, and enforcement actions, providing information on potential breaches of environmental laws, and ensuring compliance with legislative and policy requirements. Requires strong data-processing capabilities, ability to plan and deliver within statutory timeframes, and the ability to apply government legislation and directives to achieve optimal outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- A relevant tertiary degree or qualifications is desirable.
- Experience in data processing or a high-volume environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to plan, prioritise and deliver in relation to statutory timeframes and to be systematic and efficient with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to make sound decisions and apply relevant government legislation, regulations, reporting directives and procedures, to achieve optimal organisational outcomes within limited timeframes.
