Job Summary
Senior Infrastructure Platforms Administrator responsible for the administration, sustainment, and troubleshooting of enterprise infrastructure platforms across a STIG-compliant, multi-site DoD environment. Core focus on Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, PKI/Certificate Services, Group Policy, SCOM, and Windows Server administration with cross-platform problem resolution. Produces engineering-style documentation (EIPs/EDPs/runbooks) and collaborates with cybersecurity, networking, architecture, and project management teams. Must operate in an OCONUS Stuttgart, Germany environment with up to 10% travel and maintain strong written and verbal communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, OR 7+ years of directly relevant enterprise infrastructure experience qualifying under TESA
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Windows systems administration with depth across Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, PKI/Certificate Services
- Experience producing operational documentation, runbooks, or technical writeups with rationale and replication steps
- PowerShell scripting skills for automation
- Git/GitLab for version-controlled documentation
- DISA STIG-hardened environments familiarity and ACAS
- ServiceNow or similar ITSM familiarity
- DNS/DHCP, TCP/IP familiarity and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Cross-platform troubleshooting across AD, DNS, PKI, MECM, networking
- Communications skills and ability to document and runbooks
- Ability to work OCONUS at a U.S. military installation in Stuttgart, Germany
