Job Summary
Provide on-site and remote support for end-user desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals while delivering advanced troubleshooting and incident resolution. Perform routine system administration for Windows Server, manage patch deployment, and maintain IT asset inventory. Install and maintain network infrastructure including switches, routers, and firewalls; troubleshoot connectivity issues across LAN and Wi-Fi environments. Monitor network performance, capacity, and availability to ensure optimal operation. Execute and monitor daily backup jobs using Arcserve UDP, conduct periodic restoration testing, and support ad-hoc file restoration requests. Support daily IT operations across office and production environments, with a focus on ensuring stability, security, and efficiency of infrastructure. Work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5:45pm.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Information Systems, IT, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support and infrastructure operations
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in LAN/network infrastructure management
- Strong knowledge of PC hardware and components
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10 and above)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Working knowledge of Windows Server (2019 and above)
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365
- Working knowledge of Basic networking and troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of IT security and endpoint protection tools
- Mon to Fri, 8am to 5:45pm
