Senior Infrastructure Support Engineer - AWS

Job Summary
Senior Infrastructure Support Engineer (AWS) responsible for designing, maintaining, and securing cloud infrastructure to support critical business operations. Collaborate with DevOps, researchers, developers, and data scientists to translate needs into scalable, secure cloud solutions; develop automation scripts using Terraform, CloudFormation, and other tools; monitor and optimize performance and costs; contribute to reliability, scalability, and security of the AWS platform. Strong focus on troubleshooting, hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, EKS, Lambda, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch), scripting (Python, Bash), configuration management (Ansible, Terraform), containers/orchestration (Docker, ECS, Kubernetes), and Windows/Linux administration.
