Job Summary
Senior Infrastructure Support Admin at a credit union responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining all hardware/software across the enterprise compute and network environment. Administers Windows and Linux OS, develops group policy/Active Directory/LDAP, oversees network performance, troubleshoots issues, manages the infrastructure ticketing system, coordinates with vendors, participates in infrastructure improvements and business continuity planning, creates network diagrams, and supports after-hours on-call rotations. Requires 3-5 years of related IT experience and a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field; must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills are essential; proficiency with Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, VMware, PowerShell, and related technologies is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Three to five years of related experience
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record with minimum two years of driving experience
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory/LDAP, VMware, VPNs, networking equipment (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Experience in financial industry preferred
- Ability to participate in on-call rotation and extended hours as needed
