Senior Infrastructure Service Lead

Job Summary
Define multi-year roadmaps for enterprise infrastructure services covering compute, storage, network, and cloud integration. Establish service governance frameworks, SLAs/SLOs, and performance baselines aligned with enterprise virtualization standards. Lead modernization initiatives, legacy migrations, and cross-domain standardization while overseeing design and optimization of on-prem and hybrid environments. Ensure secure configurations adhering to STIG/SCAP requirements and Zero Trust principles. Direct capacity planning, resource optimization, and service reliability management including incident, problem, configuration, and change management. Manage enterprise automation mechanisms and orchestration tools to reduce configuration drift. Guide least privilege strategies, certificate management, compliance audits, and POA&M remediation. Partner with cybersecurity organizations to maintain continuous compliance and mentor engineers to develop capability maturity models. Conduct service reviews, infrastructure briefings, cost-benefit analyses, and technical recommendation packages for leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI + CI Poly clearance
- 12–15 years of experience leading enterprise IT infrastructure services
- One of the following DoD 8570/CS-ARC-651 certifications: CASP+/SecurityX, CISM, GSLC, CAP, CCNP Security, GCED, GCIH
- Demonstrated expertise managing mission critical, multisite, and HA/DR environments with secure baselines aligned to federal standards
- Deep understanding of infrastructure technologies across compute, storage, virtualization, networking (L2/L3), cloud, and service operations
- Proven leadership in ITILbased operations, service management, and modernization programs
- U.S. Citizenship
