Job Summary
Senior Infrastructure Project Manager responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing mid-to-large scale projects with a focus on delivering on time and within budget while ensuring quality and health/safety standards. Leads cross-functional teams, defines objectives and schedules, manages budgets and risks, communicates with stakeholders, and develops detailed project plans. Requires 10+ years of experience, bachelor’s degree, and strong leadership, client-service, and contract-management capabilities. The role emphasizes delivery excellence, change management, risk mitigation, and mentorship across project teams. Location-based hybrid work across California sites (Walnut Creek, San Jose, Rancho Cordova).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, business administration or equivalent relevant experience
- Typically a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience managing mid-size to large projects with progressively increasing responsibility
- Experience leading cross functional teams
- Competency in development and monitoring of moderate project schedules and budgets
- Experience in risk and change management
- Contract management and client service experience
- Strong business acumen and ability to align project outcomes with business goals
- Excellent client service skills and ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proven ability to identify and cultivate opportunities with existing clients
- Health and safety leadership and adherence to policies
