Job Summary
Senior Infrastructure Network Engineer responsible for design and support of the operational data network and firewall management within SGO. Leads standards definition, solution design, business-case development, project delivery, supplier engagement, and technical support. Develops annual work programmes and budgets, contributes to architectural planning, investigates failures, and maintains infrastructure policy documentation. Requires a degree or HND in IT technologies (or equivalent) and strong networking expertise in IP routing, switching, SDN, and firewall technologies. Based in Glasgow with UK responsibilities and a focus on energy-network infrastructure.
