Job Summary
Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable cloud and on-premises infrastructure across multiple software products and customer environments. Manage infrastructure availability, performance, and reliability for mission-critical SaaS applications while implementing security best practices, vulnerability management, and compliance requirements. Automate provisioning, configuration, and deployment tasks using Infrastructure as Code, and monitor health to troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis. Collaborate with engineering, product, support, and customer success teams to support CI/CD pipelines, optimize for cost efficiency, and design disaster recovery solutions. Participate in on-call support and incident response as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in infrastructure, cloud engineering, or DevOps roles
- Strong experience with Azure and/or AWS
- Experience managing Windows Server and Linux environments
- Strong understanding of networking, security, VPNs, firewalls, and DNS
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation, or similar)
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD automation
- Experience supporting production SaaS environments
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Azure or AWS certifications
- Experience with GitLab, GitHub, or Azure DevOps
- Experience with cybersecurity, compliance, and monitoring platforms
- Experience supporting customer-facing software platforms
