Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Senior Systems & Infrastructure Administrator for TEPCO Solutions overseeing Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and cloud-based infrastructure in Azure. Responsibilities include administering Azure and hybrid infrastructure, supporting cloud migrations, managing Azure AD, virtual machines, storage, networking, and security configurations. Maintain and support Microsoft SQL Server environments, databases, and BI integrations; collaborate with Business Intelligence teams to support Power BI, Power Apps, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure Data Services. Administer Primavera P6, SharePoint, and related training databases; coordinate software deployments, licensing, and vendor support. Manage Meraki networking infrastructure, VPN connectivity, and remote connectivity; support Verizon telecommunications and mobile device management. Partner with BI and technology teams to evaluate and implement new technologies to improve analytics platforms and operational efficiency. Engage in infrastructure planning, data integration, security, and performance requirements for reporting environments; coordinate with external vendors and service partners on IT projects. Maintain technical documentation, standards, and procedures and provide strong troubleshooting and customer service skills to internal teams.
