Job Summary
Architect and scale AWS-based infrastructure solutions to support Iru's expanding platform, designing highly available systems that meet performance and scalability goals. Develop and manage infrastructure using Terraform and AWS CDK to ensure repeatability, while leading the creation of automated deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes. Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting to proactively identify system issues, and collaborate with engineering, security, and product teams to align initiatives with business objectives. Provide mentorship to junior engineers and make strategic architectural decisions to drive organizational success. This role requires 8+ years of infrastructure experience and on-site presence three days per week in Miami.
