Job Summary
Design, implement, and maintain server, hybrid, and cloud infrastructure environments while administering Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 services. Ensure high availability, performance, and disaster recovery readiness through monitoring, patching, and vulnerability remediation. Support virtualization and backup platforms like VMware and Veeam, providing escalation support for critical incidents and performing root cause analysis. Mentor team members and contribute to infrastructure standards and modernization roadmaps across multi-site manufacturing operations. This role requires 6–8+ years of experience with Windows Server and hybrid identity, located in Eden Prairie, MN.
Required Qualifications
- 6–8+ years of experience in systems or infrastructure engineering
- Strong expertise in Windows Server and Active Directory environments
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and hybrid identity
- Experience with virtualization, backup, and disaster recovery solutions
- Solid networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, firewalls)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-system technical issues
- Experience supporting high-availability production environments
- Strong communication, documentation, and cross-team collaboration skills
- Must be able to headquarter out of our Eden Prairie, MN office
