Job Summary
Senior Infrastructure Engineer role serving as a hands-on player-coach and Tier 3 escalation point for global teams. Lead modernization and maintenance of on-premise infrastructure with Hyper-V (CSV/HA), SAN (iSCSI), IIS web and load-balancing, Fortinet/SonicWall transition, BGP routing, VPNs, UniFi wireless, and cloud/identity work including Azure File Share, NetSuite ERP integration, and AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Gemini, Anthropic). Own LogicMonitor monitoring and Entra ID/Duo for identity security; produce clear system documentation; collaborate across time zones to drive architectural execution. On-site in Bannockburn, IL; 40 hours per week; US citizens or Permanent Residents; sponsorship not available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent high-level technical experience
