Senior Infrastructure Delivery Project Manager

Job Summary
Own end-to-end infrastructure delivery for datacenter builds, migrations, colocation, and product rollouts from initiation to completion. Translate capacity roadmaps into concrete delivery plans and Jira structures, maintaining rigorous visibility through burndowns and velocity tracking. Coordinate daily with DC Operations, vendors like Equinix and Digital Realty, and engineering teams to steer progress and remove handoff friction. Produce regular risk registers, capacity dashboards, and staffing plans for leadership. Manage multiple concurrent large-scale projects while ensuring clear visibility and early risk flagging.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management or production experience
- Guided multidisciplinary teams of 10+ people across datacenter builds, migrations, or comparable large-scale infrastructure programmes
- Comfortable with PRINCE2 and/or ITIL
- Know how to control scope, time and budget in a waterfall-style delivery
- Understand how a cage is designed, a rack is built, a network topology looks, and how a server is uplinked and redundantly connected to power
- Know how to set up and maintain project structure in Jira and apply it to infrastructure rather than software
- Managed multiple concurrent projects with many stakeholders across different specialties and seniority levels, from engineers to C-level
- Proven ability to analyse situations and improve processes rather than just following what's already in place
- Bring charisma, calm, and maturity
- Authorized to work in the Netherlands
- Based in, or willing to relocate to, the Netherlands
- Regular time at datacenters
- International travel when needed
