Senior Information Warfare Lead (SME III)

Job Summary
Provide technical and management leadership for major tasks, projects, and technology assignments across Information Warfare disciplines including Cryptology, Electromagnetic Warfare, and Command and Control. Establish goals, plans, methods, and execution priorities while directing activities to support project objectives. Maintain working familiarity with related disciplines such as Information Operations and Defensive Cyber Operations. Support the development, validation, and revision of concepts of operations, doctrine, and tactics, techniques, and procedures. Conduct environmental, capability, mission, and readiness analyses to evaluate training effectiveness and operational readiness. Develop or refine unit and staff-level training requirements and performance measures. Prepare and maintain project objectives, milestones, schedules, and Plans of Action and Milestones. Develop professional briefings, white papers, meeting notes, reports, and analytical products. Coordinate effectively with military organizations, Government stakeholders, and senior management. Comply with all applicable security and Operations Security requirements.
