Job Summary
Conduct advanced security monitoring, alert triage, and investigation across SIEM, Azure, Microsoft 365, endpoint, email, and network telemetry. Administer CrowdStrike Falcon and Rapid7 InsightVM to support threat detection, vulnerability scanning, and remediation tracking. Perform security reviews of network architecture, conduct audits of endpoint and system controls, and coordinate incident response with continuous improvement recommendations. Assist in developing security tools, configurations, and standard operating procedures while leading security projects and mentoring team members. Support security awareness training for technical and non-technical audiences and evaluate technologies to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Information Technology, ideally at the enterprise level
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance frameworks, including PCI-DSS, GLBA, and FFIEC
- Prior experience leading or coordinating security or technology projects
- Experience writing, maintaining, and operationalizing standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Prior experience developing or delivering security awareness presentations and training
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in financial services or a regulated industry
- Relevant technical certifications such as CrowdStrike Certified Falcon Administrator (CCFA), GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH), or Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate
- Experience with security event monitoring and analysis
