Senior Information Governance Technology Analyst

Job Summary
Coordinate client document transfers, manage PST imports, and oversee physical and off-site record inventory within iManage Work. Lead regional projects for desktop migration, H: drive and C: drive compliance, and the transition to OneDrive, while providing training and support for AI tool adoption. Liaise with vendors and internal teams to handle Jira tickets, monitor unusual activity, and define requirements for litigation technology tools. Manage project scope, delegate tasks, and deliver status updates to IG leadership. Provide analysis and training to attorneys and support staff on document management best practices and metrics reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Information Services, Records & Information Management or related field
- Five to seven years of law firm experience in records or document management, information services, knowledge management, or legal technology
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Advanced Microsoft Outlook skills
- Must be both a self-starter and a team player
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision required
- Must have strong written and oral communication skills and be able to explain concepts and provide direction to all levels of staff and attorneys
- Solid presentation skills
- Ability to organize, plan and carry out multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service orientation, positive, proactive manner
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Proficient user knowledge of iManage Work
- Proficient user knowledge of iRM
- Proven technical skills including basic knowledge of document/folder metadata and basic security principles
- Proficient user knowledge of Microsoft Teams, OneNote, OneDrive, and Co-pilot
- Basic knowledge of SQL reporting
- Strong business analysis and project management skills
- Experience in technical training
- Ability to work with a variety of people at all levels within the organization
