Job Summary
Senior Influencer Marketing Associate to scale CASETiFY's paid Instagram creator campaigns with a primary focus on the US market. Own end-to-end campaign lifecycle—from creator sourcing, outreach, and negotiation through briefing, posting coordination, and Meta Ads activation—while coordinating with agency partners and internal teams. Manage an in-house roster of creators across tiers, negotiate rates and contracts, oversee campaign budgets, and deliver performance insights (e.g., CPM, CPV, CPA, ROAS, engagement rate, and conversion rate). Build scalable processes and documentation (creator databases, trackers, dashboards) to support growth, stay current on platform updates and trends, and communicate findings in English to drive ROI across global markets.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in social media, influencer management, digital or growth marketing, or related areas
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field preferred
