Job Summary
Develop a clear, evidence-based perspective on evolving production environments by synthesizing customer, market, and competitive insights to identify strategic opportunities for Autodesk Frame. Shape market strategy and positioning for priority opportunities, defining where to focus, invest, partner, or sequence activity while translating industry trends into implications for product, platform, and portfolio priorities. Build trusted relationships with customers, industry leaders, and partners to deepen Autodesk's understanding and strengthen its strategic direction. Lead high-value engagements that test ideas, surface emerging needs, and advance priority opportunities, representing Autodesk as a credible industry voice in important conversations about connected production environments.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience in industrial operations, product strategy, market strategy, consulting, enterprise technology, or transformation, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong knowledge of production environments and the workflows, business priorities, and technologies that shape them
- Experience developing market, product, business, or transformation strategies using customer research, market intelligence, competitive analysis, and market sizing
- Demonstrated ability to influence strategic priorities and decisions across cross-functional teams
- Experience engaging senior customer leadership, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to make complex topics clear and compelling
- Experience leading strategic initiatives in a matrixed organization
- Ability to travel approximately 25-30%
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, process industries, warehousing and distribution, or other asset-intensive production environments
- Familiarity with industrial systems and technologies such as MES, ERP/MRP, SCADA, IIoT, digital twins, or operational analytics
- Experience with enterprise software, platforms, ecosystems, or digital transformation
- Experience influencing product strategy, market positioning, partnerships, or technology roadmaps
- Established relationships within relevant customer, partner, or industry communities
