  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 8+ years of relevant professional experience (excluding internships, co-ops, and academic projects)
  • Advanced experience developing complex industrial system designs, equipment layouts, and integrated plant solutions within processing, manufacturing, chemical, minerals, or similar industrial environments
  • Proficiency creating 3D equipment layouts, GA drawings, and pipe, tube, and duct routing using SolidWorks or similar CAD platforms
  • Experience designing skid-mounted systems, processing equipment, tanks, vessels, structural frames, and integrated mechanical systems
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate automation hardware, controls systems, and robotics into industrial mechanical designs
  • Strong understanding of human factors, ergonomics, operational safety, and industrial design best practices
  • Ability to apply advanced technical knowledge to develop practical, scalable, and cost-effective engineering solutions
  • Proven ability to lead internal projects, mentor junior team members, and influence stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience with AutoCAD P&ID, Plant 3D, or similar plant design software
  • Experience supporting EPC activities during production scale-up
  • Experience applying safety and human-factor design principles in industrial environments
  • SolidWorks experience with PDM/Vault workflows
  • Experience working in startup/pilot plant/rapid-growth technical environments
  • Background in mining, oil & gas, chemical processing, or power generation facilities
  • Experience integrating automation hardware, controls, or robotics into industrial designs
  • Experience with 3D layouts and routing within processing/manufacturing environments
