Job Summary

Execute internal security controls through compliance assessment reviews and self-inspections to ensure adherence to government and company regulations. Identify security deficiencies, develop corrective action plans, and facilitate classified meetings and briefings with senior leaders. Conduct administrative inquiries to determine non-compliance scope and perform Communication Security duties including inventory, distribution, and destruction. Develop operational security programs, security education, and physical controls for large programs while leading personnel security team activities. Communicate assessment results to security management and customers, and participate in enterprise Integrated Product Teams as requested.

Required Qualifications

  • Successfully completed Tier 5 Investigation (T5), formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) by the federal government within the last 5 years, or requires candidate to have been enrolled in a Continuous Vetting program within the last 5 years
  • 5+ years of experience in personnel security administration, physical security, communications security and/or other programmatic security-related field
  • Ability to obtain and maintain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Programs
  • Ability to obtain a CI polygraph
  • Must satisfy the Company's Conflict Of Interest (COI) assessment process
  • Subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies
  • Active U.S. Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance
  • U.S. Citizenship Required
  • Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements
  • Must be a 'U.S. Person' as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 (U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
  • Must be available for Shift 1 (United States of America)

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent military experience
  • 10+ years of experience in Industrial Security supporting the intelligence community and Department of War
  • 5+ years of experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees, including executives in the Defense and/or Aerospace environment
  • 5+ years of experience communicating with internal and external customers
  • 5+ years of experience in government and/or industrial security programs
  • Experience with Microsoft office suite
