Job Summary
Senior security professional responsible for leading Industrial Security programs including JPAS/DISS, COMSEC, OPSEC, and safeguarding classified information. Develops and administers an Operational Security program, conducts personnel and material inventories, and collaborates with Boeing security teams, engineering, management, and U.S. Government customers to obtain contract approvals and security rulings. Delivers initial and recurring briefings on program information, classification marking, and procedures for handling, storing, and transporting proprietary materials. Provides leadership in security compliance assessments, identifies deficiencies, and implements corrective actions; supports IPT collaboration on export compliance, procedures, and instructional documentation. Focus areas include protection of government, intellectual property, third-party, and company information; program education and awareness; facility security reviews; and talent management for complex customer requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Successfully completed Tier 5 Investigation (T5), formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) by the federal government within the last 5 years, or enrolled in Continuous Vetting within the last 5 years
- 10+ years of experience in Industrial Security
- 5+ years of experience in personnel security administration, physical security, communications security and/or other programmatic security-related field
- Ability to obtain and maintain access to an SCI and/or SAP access
- Capable of traveling up to 50% of the time
