Job Summary
Implement and ensure compliance with NISPOM, Intelligence Community Directives, and related security guidance manuals. Develop, obtain approval for, and implement security policies, procedures, and documentation including SOPs, OPSEC Plans, and CONOPs. Conduct self-inspections, recommend corrective actions, and manage personnel processing, visitor control, and program investigations. Create and present program status presentations for internal and external reviews. Manage special access program facility administration in accordance with DODM 5205.07 Vol 1-4, including submitting pre-construction and accreditation packages with Fixed Facility Checklists and TEMPEST assessments. Provide security guidance regarding program operations and administer security education and training. Requires TS/SCI clearance, US citizenship, and 5+ years of relevant experience.

- U.S. Security Clearance as of Day One of Employment
- 5+ years relevant professional experience
- Self-starter with minimal supervision with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and follow-through when completing tasks
- Ability to plan, schedule, and arrange activities in accomplishing objectives
- Ability to develop and implement solutions to a variety of complex problems
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Willingness to work extended hours, in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Ability to display tact, discretion, and diplomacy in dealing with all levels of employees
- Good interpersonal skills and a professional image
- Must be able to obtain and maintain all accesses as required by the programs
- Experience in developing Program Protection Plans (PPP) and OPSEC Plans
- Experience with physical construction of Special Access Program Facilities (SAPFs) and/or Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs)
- ICD-705 knowledge
- Database management with DISS, Scattered Castles, and JADE
